- Valid for a 2-night stay, with check-in on any day of the week (during the travel period).
- Valid for a Garden room only, upgrades available through the hotel for additional cost, according to availability. Suites upgrades are available through the hotel.
- Rooms are "run of the house" which means your room will be assigned at check-in, according to availability.
- The Gustazo is valid for a double occupancy room (2 people).
- Maximum 2 adults and 1 child (under the age of 10). Children from 10 to 15 years of age carry an additional US$20 fee per night, per child. These additional charges will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival (breakfast is not included).
- Additional guest accommodations are subject to availability; you must notify the hotel prior to check-in.

- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. (Early Check-in at 12:00 p.m. with access to rooms at 3:00 p.m.)
- Checkout: 12:00 p.m. (Late Checkout at 3:00 p.m. must leave the room at 12:00 p.m.)
- The hotel will not refund any cancelled reservations or no-shows. Gustazos® will not refund any cancelled reservations or no-shows.
- TO RESERVE: Once you click 'BUY', you'll see a reservations platform where you can choose the date of your arrival. After making the payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
- Please choose your dates carefully before making the purchase.
- The first date change is free of charge. Any date changes after the first date change will be subject to availability and carry an additional US$50 fee, payable directly to the hotel. All changes must be requested to the hotel 14 days prior to check-in or you will lose your reservation. The new dates must fall within the validity period for this Gustazo.
- Date and Name Change Procedure:
- All date and name changes must be communicated directly with Gustazos Customer Service; failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation.
- Your new travel date must fall within the original promotional travel window.
- You are obligated to maintain your original reservation date if your new date hasn't been confirmed at least 2 hours before your original date.
- You must receive a new reservation number from Gustazos Customer Service to confirm your new check-in date.
- Reservations over the phone will not be accepted. Check the reservations calendar for availability.
- Limited amount of Gustazos available. Valid while they last.
