- No cancellations, however an alternate date and time can be arranged at the discretion of Shameka's Artistry.
- Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.
- Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment forfeit their booking for that day. There will be a J$500 rebooking fee, to reschedule a new date/ time.
- Each service generally takes approximately 15 to 45 minutes.
- A tip about tips: Gustazos customers are the best customers - they tip generously on the pre-discount bill.
