- If you are on your menstrual cycle, you should wait until your cycle has finished before scheduling an appointment due to possible sensitivity or discomfort.

- Cancellation policy:
- This Gustazo is non-cancellable.
- If you need to change your appointment date or time, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may forfeit your appointment for that day.
- Late arrivals may incur a JMD $1,500 rebooking fee to reschedule and confirm a new appointment.
- Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may also incur a JMD $1,500 rebooking fee.
- The rebooking fee secures your new appointment and compensates for the appointment time that could have been offered to another guest.
- New appointment dates and times are subject to availability and at the discretion of Laelia Med Spa.
