- Appointment booking times are subject to availability and are required at least 24 hours in advance. Clients with certain medical conditions or contraindications may not be eligible for some treatments. Clients with open wounds, active infections, or recent sunburn in the treatment area are not eligible for the high-frequency treatment. - Please bring the printed Gustazo or have it available on your mobile device. Clients will be required to present the Gustazo redemption code, along with a valid ID, before the service is started.
- Grace Period & Late Arrivals: Clients are asked to be on time for their appointment and are given a 5-minute grace period. Clients are expected to communicate with the Booking Agent (via text, call, or WhatsApp) if they anticipate any delay in their arrival. Late arrival will result in cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment at our discretion. If we can accommodate the service, a late fee of JMD$1,000 may be applied. If service is rescheduled as a result of lateness, a rescheduling fee of JMD$1,500 will be charged.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time and are subject to availability. All payments are non-refundable; as such, every effort will be made to accommodate reschedule requests during the promotional period. Any cancellation or reschedule request made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a JMD$1,500 rescheduling fee or forfeiture of payment.
- A 15% discount on a future visit is applicable only to the Brazilian + Underarm combo service and valid for one use per Gustazo purchased, unless otherwise specified in the deal, and expires 6 weeks from the date of initial Gustazo redemption. Discount amount is applied to the full cost of the service and not the Gustazo promotional value.

- Clients agree to undergo services at their own risk, and JustSugar will not be held liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre/post-treatment instructions.
