- This Gustazo cannot be transferred. The person whose name appears on the printed Gustazo must be the one who checks-in at the hotel.
- By purchasing this Gustazo you authorize the hotel to share a copy of your ID and credit card in case Gustazo requests it.
- The 2 adults that check-in for the initial Gustazos stay period cannot be substituted for other persons during the stay.

- It is mandatory to present a credit card at check-in to cover any additional expenses during the stay. The name on the credit card must match the name on the card presented and the one on the reservation in Gustazos. Any damages to the hotel room, fixtures, and furnishings will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.

- Villas are reserved "run of the house", however you may contact Tropical Lagoon to reserve specific villas (subject to availability).
- All changes to reservations made UPON check-in may incur additional costs.

- This Gustazo is non-refundable. The hotel will not refund any cancelled reservations or no-shows. Gustazos will not refund any cancelled reservations or no-shows.

- Any date changes will be SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and carry an additional US$50 fee, payable directly to the resort.
- Date & Name Change Procedure:
- All date and name changes must be communicated directly with Gustazos Customer Service, failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation. Your new date must fall within the original promotional window.
- Reservations over the phone will not be accepted. Check the reservation calendar for availability.
- If for any reason your reservation is not recognized by the hotel, please obtain the name of the reservation agent and call us at our customer service line so we may address the issue.
