- An alternate date and time can be arranged at the discretion of Spa Intenze. Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.

- Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The last client is taken at 5.30 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Spa Intenze will be unavailable on Public Holidays.
