Redemption schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The last client is taken at 5.30 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Spa Intenze will be unavailable on Public Holidays

Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment forfeit their booking for that day. There will be a J$500 rebooking fee, to reschedule a new date/ time.

Each service generally takes approximately 15 to 45 minutes.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellations.
- Alternate date and time can be arranged at the discretion of Spa Intenze. Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.
