- Changes to appointment times and dates must be made within 48 hours of the appointment and are subject to availability.
- Late Fee and Grace Period: Clients are given a 5-minute grace period to arrive at their appointment and are expected to communicate with the booking agent if they anticipate any delay in their arrival. Late arrival can result in cancellation, or rescheduling of the appointment based on our discretion and on a case by case basis. If they can accommodate the service, a late fee of J$1,000 might be applied. If service is rescheduled as a result of lateness, a rescheduling fee of J$1,000 will be charged.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation and reschedule request must be made more than 24 hours before the time of the appointment. All payments are non-refundable and as such, every effort will be made to accommodate reschedule requests during the promotional period. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in J$1,000 rescheduling fee. J$1,500 will be deducted off the combined subtotal cost of additional services added within the same spa session. This does not include tax.
- 20% discount towards future visits is valid for 1 use per Gustazo purchased, unless otherwise specified in the deal, and expires on May 31, 2024.
